Shipping Policy

Available Shipping Options

- Orders placed After 1pm Est will begin processing the following business day.

- Processing days are 1-2 Business days *weekend & holidays excluded.

- Shipping days are not included in processing days. Delivery times may be slightly delayed during the Christmas/New year Holiday Season. (November-January)

- Standard shipping (3-5 Business days): Receive your order in approximately 3-5 Business Days After your order has been processed and dispatched.

- Priority shipping: (1-2 business days): After your order has been processed and dispatched.1–2-day delivery will be determined by the mail courier based on the shipping address provided for priority shipping.

Local Delivery & Pick-Up Options

Order Pick-up is available after 5pm. Location for pick will be received after payment has been received. You will receive an email with address and instructions on how to pick up your extensions.

 ALL DELIVERY TIMES ARE ESTIMATES. THE FINAL DELIVERY IS DETERMINED BY MAIL COURIER’S TRANSIT ROUTE. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE PROJECTED DELIVERY DATE BY THE USPS TRACKING NUMBER.

Track Your Order

All "Boujeeona Budget Orders" are delivered by USPS. The buyer is responsible for providing an address the selected carrier can recognize as a deliverable address. Failure to provide a complete adequate Shipping Address may result in a Processing Delay, "Return to Sender", or Delivery to an incorrect Address. Unfortunately, Boujeeona Hair collection does not have any control over the transit process once a package departs our facility and is in the possession of USPS. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (Address provided is incorrect, Issues within the shipping company (USPS), Transit Delays, etc.) Boujeeona Hair Collection is not responsible for shipping delays. Boujeeona Hair Collection is not responsible for errors that the shipping carrier (USPS or International Carrier) makes, such as delayed transit or lost packages. Boujeeona Hair Collection is not responsible for delays in shipping due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as Weather, Mail Carrier Staff Shortages, Natural Disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. If there are any Transit/Delivery Delays or Holds, it is strongly recommended to contact the mail courier, USPS for further assistance. If once the package is received if a Exchange is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer. Please see our refund and exchange policy for more information."

What if I can't locate my "delivered" order?

- If you reside in an apartment or unsecured location, we strongly recommend adding insurance and a Signature at the time of order placement.

- Please contact USPS in your area for assistance with lost or stolen packages.

 - See if it is possible to have a confirmation Address/Suggested Address.

Return Policy

Due to Hygienic and Sanitation reasons, there is a strict "NO REFUND/EXCHANGE" policy on ANY product that is no longer in its original "packaging" and/or has been used or altered NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

Due to the nature of business refunds & exchanges may be honored at the discretion of the company. "Boujeeona Budget," within 7 calendar days of the order's delivery date for a product exchange *Shipping Cost excluded*

- If a product(s) is returned within 7 Calendar Days from the Delivery Date, the return will be processed as "Store Credit" ONLY. *No exceptions will be made*

ORDER IS INELIGIBLE FOR ANY FORM OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE AFTER 7 DAYS OF ORDER'S DELIVERY DATE

If you are returning your order for an exchange, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. We strongly recommend you send your package with tracking as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

Exchange Policy

BOUJEEONABUDGET HAIR COLLECTION DOESN’T ACCEPT PRODUCT EXCHANGES ON USED OR ALTERED PRODUCTS

- Once the product's "Product Tag" has been removed from the product, it is ineligible for ANY form of Product Exchange.If a customer would like to exchange the ordered product(s) for another product(s), you must return your original PRODUCT(S), then place a new order.

- Replacement inventory is not guaranteed to be available at the time of the second order.

- Boujeeona Budget will notify the customer of the restocking if the customer signs up to be notified of restocking on the product's page. www.Boujeeona.com

Cancellation Policy

To ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment, we ask that you submit a request for order cancelation to boujeeona@gmail.com within 1 HOUR OF ORDER PLACEMENT.

Once the cancelation request has been approved, customer support will issue a full refund. The refund is released approximately 5-7 business days by majority financial Institutions.

 

Missed the 1-hour deadline?

If your order has not been dispatched from our facility, your order may still be eligible for cancellation. If your order has been dispatched, get in touch with our customer support via boujeeona@gmail.com.
